Indonesian citizen, born in Medan in 1975. She has served as the President Director of the Company since 2026.
She began her professional career at PT Arta Boga Cemerlang, where she held several strategic roles in business and sales, including Regional Business Manager (1999–2004) and National Key Account Manager (2005–2007). In 2004–2005, she also served as Branch Manager at PT Adira Multi Finance.
She joined PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), a subsidiary of the Company operating in healthcare product distribution, in 2007 and currently serves as its President Director.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering from the University of North Sumatra (1999) and a Master’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School (2015).

Indonesian citizen, born in 1971. He has served as a Director of the Company since 2020.
He joined the Company and its subsidiaries in 1999 as Deputy Branch Head and has since held various positions at Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), with his last position being Head of Business & Infrastructure (1998-2010). He is currently also a Commissioner of AAM and a Director of Djembatan Dua.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Surabaya Institute of Technology (1996) and a Master's degree in Management from the PPM School of Management (formerly LPPM) (1998).
Edbert Orotodan

Indonesian citizen, born in 1955. He has served as a Director of the Company since 2022.
He began his career working at IBM Indonesia, holding various positions with his last role being Director of Operations (1979-1998). He continued his career as Operations Executive at IBM Asia Pacific (1998-2004). In 2005, he joined Dexa Group as Corporate Chief Information Officer of Dexa Medica (2005-2010). He served as President Director of Dexa Medica from 2017 to 2021. He is currently also serving as Director of Equilab International, Commissioner of Global Urban Esensial, and Karsa Inti Tuju Askara.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Electronics from the University of Indonesia (1979) and a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia (2007).
Wimala Widjaja

Indonesian citizen, born in 1961. He has served as a Commissioner of the Company since 2020.
He began his career as a doctor at Atma Jaya Hospital, Jakarta (1989-1991), and continued his career at PT Organon Teknika Indonesia, with his last position being General Manager (1993-1999). He then worked at PT Antar Mitra Sembaga as General Manager Marketing (2000-2002) and at PT BSN Medical Indonesia, with his last position being Regional Director Emerging Market East Asia (2002-2015). He is currently also serving as Commissioner of PT Djembatan Dua and PT Deca Metric Medica.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (1988).
Stanley Ch. Budihardja

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1964. He has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2024.
He began his career as a Full-time Lecturer at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta (1988-2000) and later continued as a Part-time Lecturer at the Indonesian Institute for Management Development (1998-2000), Assistant Lecturer at Monash University & Deakin University, Australia (2005-2007), Vice Chairman for Research at the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (2017-2023), Independent Commissioner of PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (2017-2021), and Advisor to the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Taman Safari Indonesia Group (2020-2022). Currently, he also serves as a Full-time Lecturer at Prasetiya Mulya University since 2001.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, majoring in Management, from Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta (1987), a Master of Science degree in Finance, Banking, and Investment from the University of Wisconsin, United States (1992), and a Ph.D. in Banking & Finance from Monash University, Australia (2007).
