In compliance with Article 8 and Article 9 of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company is required to disclose material information to the public and submit a report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) no later than 2 (two) working days after the receipt of a resignation letter from a member of the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation No. 1-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information, as stipulated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025, we hereby, on behalf of the Company, convey the Disclosure of Material Information or Facts as follows:
