Announcement of The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 Financial Year

It is hereby announced to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will convene Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") electronically on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. The Meeting will be held electronically through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System Application ("eASY.KSEI") provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI"), with due observance of the provisions of Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 16/POJK.04/2020 on the Implementation of Electronic General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies.
In accordance with the Company's Article of Association and provisions of Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 15/POJK.04/2020 regarding the Planning and Organizing of General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies ("POJK 15/2020"), the convocation of the Meeting shall be announced on eASY.KSEI website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id), and the Company's website (www.medela-potentia.com) on Monday, 20 April 2026.
Those who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders whose names are registered in the Company's Register of Shareholders on Friday, 17 April 2026. at 4.00 p.m. Indonesian Western Standard Time (recording date).
In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and POJK 15/2020, any proposal raised by Shareholders will be included in the Meeting's agenda if : (i) the Shareholder who proposes the agenda has at least 1/20 (one-twentieth) of the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company, (ii) The proposed agenda for the Meeting must be received by the Board of Directors of the Company no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the Invitation, on Monday, 13 April 2026, and (iii) The proposed agenda for the Meeting must be made in good faith, take into account the interests of the Company, constitute as an agenda that requires GMS approval, include reasoning and supporting materials for the proposed agenda of the meeting, and does not conflict with the prevailing laws and regulations as well as the Company's Articles of Association.
