
During the Covid-19 pandemic, companies are encouraged to adjust their service strategy according to current situations. To increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) received the Indonesia Customer Service Champions (ICSC) 2021 Awards from SWA Magazine and Business Digest.
The award was presented virtually by the Group Chief Editor of SWA Media, Mr. Kemal Gani, to the President Director of PT AAM, Mrs. Juliwatyon, on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
ICSC ranks companies that have succeeded in improving business performance with smart, effective, and efficient customer service management. PT AAM won 2 categories of ICSC 2021 awards: Customer Service Champion Across Categories and Customer Service Champion in Sales & Distribution.

The winners of the ICSC 2021 Award are determined based on an assessment involving a series of selection processes and are evaluated by competent judges. Companies who pass the selection stage then enter the final step to explain the achievements made by their companies.
