PT Medela Potentia Tbk, through the Argon Award program, has once again honored two outstanding graduates from the Apothecary Professional Education Program at Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) and the University of North Sumatra (USU). This initiative reflects the company's ongoing commitment to empowering the next generation of pharmacy professionals in Indonesia.
The Argon Award is presented in conjunction with each university’s professional oath-taking ceremony, serving as a symbol of recognition for academic excellence and personal dedication to the pharmacy profession.
At Hasanuddin University, the award was personally presented by Mr. Riski Andika, Branch Manager of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) Makassar, to apt. Nurul Aisha Fitri Sultan, S.Farm, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
Meanwhile, at the University of North Sumatra, apt. Dian Febiola Pakpahan, S.Farm received the award from Mrs. Endratri Retno Kiswati, Branch Manager of AAM Medan, on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
The Argon Award serves not only as a mark of recognition for academic success, but also as encouragement for young pharmacists to continue pursuing excellence, embracing innovation, and contributing meaningfully to the healthcare sector.
PT Medela Potentia Tbk recognizes the vital role pharmacists play in the broader healthcare system—not only in managing the distribution of medicines, but also in promoting safe medication practices, supporting medical research, expanding access to treatments, and actively participating in national health programs.

In an increasingly complex healthcare environment, the presence of skilled and professional pharmacists is essential to ensure patient safety, quality service, and long-term system sustainability.
Mrs. Nancy Kartika, Human Resources Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, shared her appreciation for the awardees:
"We believe that the future of healthcare lies in the hands of passionate young professionals—those who are driven by learning, innovation, and a strong sense of responsibility toward society. The Argon Award is our way of inspiring young pharmacists to dream bigger, grow stronger, and lead positive change in public health. It reflects our long-term commitment to building a robust and future-ready healthcare workforce in Indonesia," she stated.
The recognition of top graduates from UNHAS and USU through the Argon Award is more than a celebration of academic achievement—it is a strategic investment in the future of healthcare in Indonesia.
