Argon Goes to Campus at Poltekkes Jakarta II, Preparing Future-Ready Healthcare Talent

PT Medela Potentia Tbk, through Argon Peduli held the Argon Goes to Campus program at the Jakarta II Health Polytechnic of the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Poltekkes Jakarta II) on Thursday, July 30, 2026.


The initiative reflects the Company's commitment to strengthening collaboration with educational institutions in preparing future healthcare professionals who are not only career-ready but also understand the importance of maintaining good health as the foundation for delivering quality healthcare services.


The program attracted 325 participants who attended the Career Talk both in person and online, while 100 students took part in the complimentary health screening sessions held alongside the event.


During the Career Talk, participants gained practical insights into the recruitment process, effective curriculum vitae (CV) preparation, personal branding, and interview strategies to enhance their career readiness.



Mrs. Christesa Melani, Talent Acquisition Associate Manager of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, introduced the Company as an integrated healthcare platform that improves access to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services through its business ecosystem spanning distribution, marketing, medical device manufacturing, and digital healthcare solutions.


"Preparing for the workplace is not solely about achieving strong academic performance. It also requires a willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and confidently communicate one's strengths. With thorough preparation, every candidate has the opportunity to demonstrate their best potential to prospective employers," said Mrs. Christesa Melani.


To provide participants with practical experience, Mr. Okta Sadewa, Talent Acquisition Senior Officer of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, introduced the STAR interview method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), followed by a live interview simulation conducted by Mr. Peiter Houtama, Talent Acquisition Officer. The interactive session enabled students to apply interview techniques in a real-world setting while receiving valuable feedback.



Mr. Luthfi Rusyadi, S.KM., M.H.Kes., M.Sc., Director of Poltekkes Jakarta II, welcomed the collaboration, highlighting its relevance in equipping students with practical knowledge of recruitment processes, professional CV writing, and effective communication skills before entering the workforce.


He also expressed his hope that the partnership between Poltekkes Jakarta II and PT Medela Potentia Tbk would continue to grow, creating broader career opportunities for future graduates.



In addition to career development, PT Medela Potentia Tbk provided complimentary health screenings, including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose tests. Among the 100 students screened, the majority demonstrated encouraging health outcomes: 84% had normal blood glucose levels, 74% recorded normal cholesterol levels, and 73% showed normal to optimal blood pressure.


These findings indicate that most participants maintain good health while reinforcing the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles during their academic years as an essential step toward long-term professional success.



Through Argon Goes to Campus, PT Medela Potentia Tbk continues to promote an integrated approach that combines career development with health awareness. The Company believes that future healthcare professionals should be equipped not only with professional competencies but also with good health, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to improving the quality of healthcare services across Indonesia.
