Argon Goes to Campus: Building Career Readiness for Future Healthcare Talent at Ma Chung University

Entering the professional world requires preparation that begins well before students complete their education. Through the Argon Goes to Campus program, PT Medela Potentia Tbk, through Argon Peduli, collaborated with the Pharmacy Professional Program at Universitas Ma Chung, Malang, to provide students with industry insights and career preparation.
Held on Friday, August 21, 2026, the program was attended by 105 participants and featured Nancy Kartika, Human Resources Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, as the speaker. The event was also attended by Mrs. Eva Monica, Apt., M.Sc., Head of the Pharmacy Professional Program at Universitas Ma Chung, and Mrs. Ellyvina Setya Dhini, Apt., S.Si., M.Farm., a lecturer at the university.
During the guest lecture, Mrs. Nancy introduced the business ecosystem of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries while sharing insights into preparing for the professional world. The session covered the company’s recruitment and interview processes, as well as various aspects that students should consider when preparing for their professional careers.
The session provided students with a better understanding of industry expectations and the importance of building career readiness during their academic journey. In addition to developing competencies relevant to their field, students need to understand industry requirements, recognize their own potential, and effectively communicate their competencies and experiences throughout the recruitment process.
Mrs. Nancy emphasized that career development should be prepared gradually from the early stages of university.
