Argon Peduli Brings Eye Care to the Workplace

PT Medela Potentia Tbk., through Argon Peduli, organized a free eye screening for all employees as part of the company's commitment to enhancing employee health and well-being. This initiative, which took place during February-March 2025, was carried out in collaboration with Rezam Optical Group as a partner in providing professional eye examination services.

The screenings utilized both objective and refraction methods, complemented by consultations with ophthalmologists. The combination of these two methods ensured more accurate and personalized results, allowing employees to receive better eye exams and appropriate follow-up actions based on their individual needs.

The eye screenings were conducted for 862 employees across various branches of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) in the Jabodetabek area and the Titan Center headquarters.

This initiative reflects the company’s focus on employees’ physical health and is part of its broader strategy to foster a workplace culture that supports overall employee well-being. By understanding their eye health, employees are better equipped to take preventive measures or receive treatment, ensuring optimal vision for greater comfort, focus, and productivity.

“Employee health and well-being are the foundation of productivity and business sustainability. This free eye screening is one component of our long-term strategy to create a healthy, safe, and supportive work environment. We also conduct various other initiatives supporting employee well-being, such as medical check-ups, chronic disease screenings, blood donations, and sports programs,” she said.

Following the screening process, employees can access eyewear that suits their individual eye health needs.
