Argon Peduli Improves Community Nutrition for Posyandu Across Five Cities

Community health and nutrition, particularly for pregnant women, infants, and toddlers, play a crucial role in shaping a healthier and higher-quality future generation in Indonesia. As part of its commitment to improving the quality of life, PT Medela Potentia through Argon Peduli, has launched the 2025 Supplementary Feeding Program for its partnered integrated service post, commonly known as Posyandu across various regions.

This initiative aligns with the government’s quick win program, which includes free nutritious meals and nutritional assistance for pregnant women and young children.

Throughout January 2025, Argon Peduli has directly distributed Supplementary Feeding to six partnered Posyandu located in multiple cities and districts, including Bekasi Regency; Bekasi City; South Tangerang City; Bogor Regency; and Bandung City. Representatives from Argon Peduli personally ensured that the distribution was carried out efficiently and reached the intended recipients.

The Supplementary Feeding Program initiative aims to enhance the nutritional status of pregnant women, infants, and toddlers, ensuring optimal growth and development while helping to prevent stunting, a persistent health challenge in Indonesia.

"We believe that access to adequate nutrition is a fundamental right for everyone, especially for pregnant women and young children. Through this program, we hope to make a real impact on community health and contribute to better growth for Indonesia’s future generations," said Mrs. Nancy Kartika, Human Resources Director of PT Medela Potentia.

This program is implemented biannually and managed directly by experienced Posyandu cadres who have been actively providing healthcare services in their communities.

Through this concrete initiative, Argon Peduli remains committed to making a positive impact on public health and fostering a brighter future for the next generation.
