Argon Peduli’s Participation Fosters Togetherness for the Disability Community

In the spirit of compassion during the holy month of Ramadan, PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries, through Argon Peduli, once again carried out a social initiative that reinforces the values of togetherness and inclusion within the community through the Gema Ramadan: Sustainable Blessings program.

One of these efforts was demonstrated through participation in the Teman Disabilitas 2026 event, held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Green Market Jababeka, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.

The Teman Disabilitas 2026 event was attended by approximately 200 persons with disabilities and represented a collaborative initiative involving multiple stakeholders, including the Indonesian Association of Women with Disabilities (Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas Indonesia – HWDI), Bekasi Regency, and the Productive and Independent Disability Foundation (Yayasan Disabilitas Produktif dan Mandiri Indonesia – Disproman). Through this initiative, participants were able to experience a sense of togetherness during Ramadan while receiving social support from various partners.

Argon Peduli’s participation in this event reflects the Company’s ongoing commitment to delivering positive contributions to society, particularly to vulnerable groups, while supporting the development of a more inclusive and empowered social environment.

Mr. Dominicus Savio, Social Pillar Leader of the Sustainability Committee of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, stated that Argon Peduli’s involvement in this initiative forms part of the Company’s commitment to implementing socially responsible programs with a sustainability-oriented approach.

“Through the Gema Ramadan Argon Peduli program, we aim to ensure that every social initiative undertaken by the Company creates a sustainable impact. Support for persons with disabilities is part of our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and empowered society,” he said.

Mrs. Rani Mei Lestari, Chairperson of HWDI Bekasi Regency and Chairperson of Disproman Indonesia, expressed her appreciation for the support provided by various parties, including Argon Peduli, in organizing an initiative that delivers tangible benefits to the disability community.

“This year, approximately 200 beneficiaries participated. In addition to the iftar gathering, persons with disabilities also received basic food assistance packages. Besides support from Baznas, this program was successfully implemented thanks to contributions from multiple stakeholders and participating companies,” she noted.
