Fostering a Positive Culture, Meet & Greet for New Employees

A subsidiary of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) held a Meet & Greet event for its new employees on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at its Head Office in Titan Center. The event served as a valuable moment for new hires to get to know their colleagues, gain a deeper understanding of the company culture, and become familiar with the AAM work environment.

 

Organized by AAM’s human resources department, the event welcomed 20 new employees and was attended by AAM’s Board of Directors, including President Director Mrs. Juliwaty, Commercial Director Mr. Budi Lim, and Operations Director Mr. Setyawan Pantja Juwono.

 

The presence of the company’s leadership underscored AAM’s strong commitment to supporting and developing talent from the very beginning of their journey. In her opening remarks, Mrs. Juliwaty emphasized that every individual at AAM has equal opportunities to grow.

 

 

“Many people at AAM started from entry-level positions and advanced in their careers by delivering added value—not just completing the tasks in front of them,” she stated.

 

Mr. Budi Lim highlighted the importance of aligning with the company’s core values as a foundation for growth at AAM. “Align the company’s values with your personal values. AAM’s culture is rooted in a sense of family, with three core principles: strive for excellence, act professionally, and deal with care. I encourage all of you to elevate your capabilities, because as you grow, so does your personal value,” he shared.

 

Meanwhile, Mr. Setyawan stressed the importance of understanding one’s role and professional relationships. “Master your job and know your responsibilities. Identify the stakeholders you interact with to ensure success in your role,” he advised.

 

The Meet & Greet event served as an interactive platform to build early engagement between new employees and the management team. Beyond introducing AAM’s structure and vision, the session also created space for open dialogue, inspiring new team members to grow and contribute actively in their new workplace.
