PT Karsa Inti Tuju Askara (KITA) has initiated the soft launch of GoApotik app, an innovative online pharmacy application designed to facilitate the purchase of medicines, health products, and healthcare services for users.
GoApotik app emerges as a comprehensive healthcare solution for the Indonesian community, promoting the concept of "Healthy, Practical, Competitive Pricing." Through GoApotik app, users can conveniently access a wide range of health products from their preferred pharmacies or the nearest pharmacy to their location.
The soft launch event for GoApotik app is taking place at the Titan Center from May 27-31, 2024. During this period, new users who install GoApotik app will receive special promotional offers, including discount vouchers and attractive gifts. Users can shop for necessary health products through various categories such as medicines, supplements, nutrition, medical devices, baby products, beauty items, and more.
Chief Strategy Officer of GUE Ecosystem, Mrs. Ruth Retno Dewi, highlighted that GoApotik app is a community health solution aimed at meeting health product needs. "GoApotik provides an easy, practical, and affordable healthcare solution to meet the health needs of the community, with a comprehensive set of features and a user-centric approach," said Mrs. Ruth.
GoApotik is available for installation on both the Play Store and the App Store, connecting users to 6,000 registered pharmacies across Indonesia, offering 50,000 items including medicines, supplements, vitamins, cosmetics, medical devices, and other health products.
Director of PT KITA, Mr. Cahyadi Suwindra Sugondo, announced that the GoApotik application has received ISO 27001 certification from the British Standard Institution for its Information Security Management System, as well as the Pharmaceutical Electronic System Provider (PSEF) certification from the Ministry of Health. ISO 27001 is an international standard for implementing an information security management system (ISMS).
ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical, and technical controls involved in an organization's information risk management processes to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
"With these two certifications, we understand that purchasing health products involves user health histories, and we must ensure that user transactions within the application are protected and secure," said Mr. Cahyadi Suwindra.
