GoApotik Strengthens Healthcare Access, Awarded Indonesia Digital-Enabled Services Champions 2025 with "Excellent" Rating



GoApotik has been honored with the Indonesia Digital-Enabled Services Champions 2025 award by SWA Magazine and Business Digest, receiving the "Excellent" predicate at the SWA Business Digest Champion Awarding held virtually on Thursday, February 20, 2025.


This achievement serves as a testament to GoApotik's commitment to delivering innovative digital solutions that create a positive impact on the industry and society.


SWA Magazine and Business Digest organized the Indonesia Digital-Enabled Services Champions 2025 to recognize service providers that have successfully enhanced business performance through digital technology adoption.


The awarding ceremony was attended by SWA Media Group Chairman, Mr. Kemal Ghani; SWA Media Deputy General Manager, Mr. Sujatmaka; Founder of PT Global Urban Essential (GUE Ecosystem), Mrs. T. Robyn Soetikno; GoApotik Director, Mrs. Ruth Retno Dewi, along with the GoApotik team.


Winners of this prestigious award were selected based on a six-month program evaluation demonstrating significant results. "The Indonesia Digital-Enabled Services Champions 2025 recognizes service companies that have successfully improved their business performance through digital transformation," said Mr. Kemal Gani.


The award was presented by Mr. Sujatmaka, Deputy General Manager of SWA Media, to Mrs. Ruth Retno Dewi, who expressed appreciation for GoApotik's role as a digital healthcare solution provider. "Congratulations to GoApotik for being recognized in the Indonesia Digital-Enabled Services Champions program," said Mr. Sujatmaka. 


The evaluation process was conducted by an esteemed panel of industry and digital technology experts, who assessed companies based on their impact on business growth and service enhancement. GoApotik was recognized for its excellence in implementing high-impact digital solutions that drive business expansion and improve public access to healthcare services.

GoApotik recently achieved ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems from the British Standards Institution (BSI). This follows the company's Pharmaceutical Electronic System Operator (PSEF) certification from the Ministry of Health, making GoApotik the first PSEF-certified platform in Indonesia to attain ISO 27001:2013 compliance.
