Digital transformation has become a fundamental pillar in ensuring the sustainable growth of pharmacy businesses. A subsidiary of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), through its digital ecosystem platform GPOS, hosted an event titled "Smart Talk with GPOS: Unlocking Pharmacy Growth Through Financial Strategy".
In collaboration with health supplement brand Flimty and OCBC Bank, the event was held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Titan Center, attracting dozens of participants from 40 pharmacies across the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
GPOS provided education on digital solutions for pharmacy management—covering inventory control, product procurement, sales optimization, and access to financing—to support holistic pharmacy development.
To accelerate pharmacy growth and competitiveness, GPOS introduced three core solutions designed to boost efficiency and business potential:
The first solution is GPOS Lite, a lightweight operational system designed to help pharmacies manage inventory more efficiently. With GPOS Lite, pharmacies can monitor stock availability, analyze both fast- and slow-moving products, and avoid dead stock that often hampers cash flow. The feature also provides reports to help pharmacies identify high-performing products and plan more targeted procurement strategies.
The second solution is Toserba GPOS B2B, a feature offering access to thousands of competitively priced fast-moving consumer health products from various principals—including Flimty—enabling pharmacies to restock quickly and optimize profit margins.

The third solution is the use of GPOS B2B powered by Digital Purchase Orders (SP Digital), which allows pharmacies to order prescription and controlled drugs more quickly, safely, and in compliance with digital documentation standards.
The event was attended by Handi Halim, Digital Transformation Director of AAM; Henry Ongkojoyo, Head of Digital Business & Channel Development; Mangasa Sihotang, Head of Accounting & Tax; Dennis Hadi, CEO of Flimty; and representatives from OCBC Bank.
“Through GPOS, we aim to offer relevant and applicable solutions to help pharmacies grow sustainably—not only through technology but also by improving access to financing, expanding sales channels, and establishing integrated product partnerships,” said Henry Ongkojoyo.
Beyond digital integration, GPOS supports pharmacies in adapting to Indonesia’s new tax reporting system, Coretax, which will be implemented starting in 2025. According to Mangasa Sihotang, the Coretax system is essential for improving compliance and transparency in financial reporting among pharmacy businesses.

“As AAM transitions to Coretax and ensures accurate reporting, we encourage our pharmacy partners to do the same. This alignment ensures that the data reported by AAM matches what is submitted by our transaction counterparts,” Mangasa stated.
The “Smart Talk with GPOS” event also featured a health education session by Flimty and a financial literacy session led by OCBC Bank.
