Amid increasingly complex business dynamics and a global environment defined by VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is required to demonstrate capabilities that go beyond formulating strategy. CEOs must embrace agile leadership—able to anticipate industry shifts, manage emerging risks, and capture growth opportunities with precision. The ability to articulate a relevant, long-term vision serves as the foundation for ensuring that the organization moves in a clear and integrated direction.
However, a strong vision delivers little impact without disciplined execution. The defining capability of a CEO lies in the consistency of translating strategy into concrete, measurable, and organization-wide action plans. Alignment among strategy, structure, business processes, and corporate culture is essential to ensure that every initiative generates tangible and sustainable performance outcomes.
These capabilities were comprehensively assessed at the Indonesia Best CEO Award 2025, organized by SWA Media Group and Dunamis Organization Services. The President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji, was honored with the Best CEO with Distinction award—the highest recognition bestowed upon corporate leaders demonstrating outstanding leadership excellence.
The award was presented by the Chairman of SWA Media Group, Mr. Kemal Gani, to Mr. Krestijanto Pandji on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Hotel Shangri-La Jakarta.
“In the midst of global uncertainty, we need Chief Executive Officers who are capable of navigating these challenges effectively,” said Mr. Kemal.

Also present to receive the award were members of the Board of Directors and management of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, including Human Resources Director Mrs. Nancy Kartika; Investor Relations Director Mr. Harris Lesmana; and Corporate Secretary Manager Mrs. Priscilla Jane Halim.
The Indonesia Best CEO Award is determined through a rigorous selection process and an independent survey involving employees three to four organizational layers below the CEO. This methodology is designed to capture authentic internal perspectives regarding leadership effectiveness as experienced in daily operations.
The assessment is based on four essential leadership dimensions: Inspire Trust, Create Vision, Execute Strategy, and Coach Potential. In the survey, Mr. Krestijanto achieved a score of 97.27 in Inspire Trust; 96.85 in Create Vision; 95.47 in Execute Strategy; and 94.66 in Coach Potential, resulting in an overall Best CEO Index score of 96.06.
“In addition to the employee survey, we also evaluated company performance—whether the organization demonstrates a solid growth trajectory,” Mr. Kemal added.
Expressing his appreciation for the recognition from SWA Media Group, Mr. Krestijanto emphasized that a CEO is not a “Superman,” but rather a conductor. In his leadership philosophy, he likens the company to an orchestra composed of diverse musicians.
“A CEO is not a Superman who can do everything alone. Like a conductor, I must ensure that every function operates in the same tempo, with the right rhythm and aligned objectives. That is where execution becomes critical—so that strategy does not merely sound compelling on paper, but truly delivers optimal performance and sustainable value for all stakeholders,” said Mr. Krestijanto.
This award reflects a leadership quality that is not only visionary but also execution-driven—ensuring that every strategy is effectively implemented and generates measurable impact. Moving forward, PT Medela Potentia Tbk remains committed to strengthening leadership practices grounded in integrity and execution excellence, in line with its aspiration to become a resilient, adaptive, and highly competitive organization within the national and regional healthcare industry.
