Medela Potentia Honored with HR Excellence Award 2024



Human Resources of  Medela Potentia and its subsidiaries have been honored with the HR Excellence Award 2024 in the Learning & Development and Knowledge Development category for their outstanding implementation of sustainable Learning & Development programs aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of all employees.


The HR Excellence Award 2024, organized by SWA Magazine and the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (LEM FEB UI), focuses on the theme “Build Agility and Work Experiences Towards Future-Ready Organizations.”


Based on the judging results, Medela Potentia and its subsidiaries have been recognized as one of the companies that successfully implemented Learning & Development and Knowledge Development with a "Very Good" rating among 36 national and multinational companies. The award was presented directly by Mr. Kusnan Djawahir, Deputy Chief Editor of SWA Magazine, Mr. Josef Bataona, Jury Member, and Dr. Yasmine Nasution, M.App.Comm., Head of LM FEB UI, to PT Medela Potentia's Human Resources Director, Mrs. Nancy Kartika, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.


Also present were Mr. Dominicus Savio Putra Winata, Organization Development & System Manager of Medela Potentia, and Mrs. Christesa Melani, Learning & Development Associate Manager of Medela Potentia.


“The organizations receiving this award have been evaluated using a judging methodology by a panel of senior practitioners and HR experts. I congratulate the leaders who have achieved the best performance in their companies,” said Mr. Joko Sugiarsono, Executive Editor of SWA Magazine.


Medela Potentia and its subsidiaries face the challenge of continuously enhancing employee competencies. Therefore, the company has developed a learning framework to address the needs of strengthening core competencies, soft skills, and technical skills across all employees.


“Medela Potentia and its subsidiaries have six pillars in their Learning & Development and Knowledge Management programs, ranging from the onboarding process to general development, involving all employees,” explained Mrs. Nancy Kartika.

"Through this recognition, Medela Potentia and its subsidiaries demonstrate that the training and learning systems implemented by the company are effective, leading to improved employee competencies and the company's ability to adapt within the industry," said Mr. Krestijanto Pandji.
