Trusted for over four decades in the healthcare industry, PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries uphold integrity by establishing a code of ethics as a behavioral guideline for employees—aimed at fostering a professional and accountable work culture.
As part of this commitment, the company conducted a code of ethics dissemination for all employees of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries. The event was held in a hybrid format on Wednesday, July 2, 2025—offline at Titan Theater and online across all branches and sites.
The session was attended by Mr. Wimala Widjaja, Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk; Mrs. Juliwaty, President Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM); Mr. Stephen Febianto Kusumo, Director of PT Deca Metric Medica (DMM); Mrs. Ruth Retno Dewi, Director of PT Karsa Inti Tuju Askara (KITA); along with other directors and senior management.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Wimala emphasized that PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries carry the responsibility to consistently uphold the principles of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in business operations.
“This Code of Ethics serves as our compass in how we think, behave, act, and make decisions,” stated Mr. Wimala.

During the Code of Ethics Dissemination, Mrs. Nancy Kartika, HR Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, reaffirmed that the code not only guides individual conduct but also serves as a foundation for strengthening corporate culture and driving sustainable growth.
“The code of ethics reflects our commitment to conducting business ethically and professionally. It also serves as a reference point for making sound decisions—whether in internal operations or in engagement with external stakeholders. The active participation and commitment of all employees are essential to its successful implementation,” said Ms. Nancy.
The dissemination concluded with a presentation by Mrs. Christesa Melani, Learning & Development Associate Manager, who introduced the e-Learning module designed to help employees apply the Code of Ethics in their daily work.
All employees of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries are required to complete the code of ethics training module through the e-Learning platform.
