Medela Potentia, in collaboration with Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) Salatiga, is offering career opportunities to over 1,300 participants at the Job Fair. Medela Potentia is opening up opportunities for more than 12 positions across various business lines, including the Supervisor Development Program (SDP), Officer Development Program (ODP), Finance & Accounting Officer, Fullstack Developer, Field Force, and other strategic positions.
The Talent Acquisition team of Medela Potentia set up a booth at the UKSW Job Fair on June 15-16 in Salatiga and successfully recruited 100 candidates who passed the CV qualification process. Subsequently, the candidates underwent psychometric tests and interviews on June 17, 2023. Candidates visiting the Medela Potentia booth also had the opportunity to win attractive souvenirs by playing the mini-game spin wheel.
In addition to recruitment efforts, the Talent Acquisition team of Medela Potentia provides training for job seekers to succeed in the professional world. The training is delivered directly by Mrs. Sylvana Uli Basa Evi Dame, Talent Acquisition & Company Branding Manager. Mrs. Sylvana provides tips on how to enhance the value of candidates by building an appealing personal brand through CVs and LinkedIn profiles. This training also serves as an introduction to Medela Potentia for the candidates.
