PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) and its subsidiaries uphold disciplined corporate governance across all operational lines—an imperative given the company’s distribution and healthcare services, which directly relate to human safety. This consistency in applying governance principles forms the company’s core foundation in ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and accountable service standards.

MDLA implements the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness as its Good Corporate Governance (GCG) framework. This approach is reinforced through regular dissemination of the company’s Code of Conduct to all employees across MDLA and its subsidiaries as a guide for professional behavior. All operational processes also adhere to relevant regulatory standards and certifications, including CDOB, CDAKB, CPAKB, WHO-GSDP, halal assurance, and various international quality management standards.

MDLA’s HR & Sustainability Director, Mrs. Nancy Kartika, emphasized that strengthening the governance aspect is a fundamental commitment of the company.

“The implementation of ESG principles, particularly Governance is a fundamental commitment for us, considering that the business activities of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries operate in the healthcare sector, which directly relates to human safety. We ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, supported by CDOB, CDAKB, CPAKB, WHO-GSDP certifications, halal assurance, and internationally recognized quality management standards,” she explained.

MDLA’s governance standards have once again earned public recognition through the Investor Daily ESG Appreciation 2025, where the company received the Certified Governance award. The award ceremony took place on Thursday, 20 November 2025, and was presented by BTV Editor-in-Chief Zaki Amrullah to Nancy Kartika.

The event was also attended by the Chief of the Presidential Staff of the Republic of Indonesia, Muhammad Qodari; B-Universe Executive Chairman, Mr. Enggartiasto Lukita; and President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji.

Enggartiasto highlighted that the recognition was granted through an independent evaluation process.

“This is an earnest recognition from B-Universe on behalf of the public. The judging process was conducted independently by an experienced and committed panel,” he stated.

MDLA’s President Director, Krestijanto Pandji, added that the recognition validates the company’s consistent efforts.

“As a healthcare business group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this award reaffirms our commitment to maintaining transparent, accountable, and sustainable governance standards,” he said.

The Certified Governance award marks MDLA’s second governance-related recognition in 2025, following the company’s achievement of the TOP GRC Awards 2025 #4-Star (Excellent) for its implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance practices.

With this recognition, MDLA and its subsidiaries reinforce their commitment to advancing professional, responsible, and sustainable business practices while continuing to contribute meaningfully to Indonesia’s healthcare sector.
