PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) reaffirmed its commitment to strong corporate governance by securing two accolades at the 2025 TOP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Awards: the TOP GRC #4 Star (Very Good) rating and the Most Committed GRC Leader 2025, awarded to PT Medela Potentia Tbk Director, Mr. Wimala Widjaja.

The 2025 TOP GRC Awards, themed “Resilience to Sustainability: Leading Through GRC”, were organized by Top Business media in collaboration with the Indonesia GRC Association, IRMAPA (Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association), ICoPI (Institute of Compliance Professionals Indonesia), and PaGi (Indonesian Governance Professionals Association), with support from several governance and risk management consultants.

The TOP GRC #4 Star recognition highlights MDLA and its subsidiaries’ success in integrating corporate governance (GCG), risk management, and compliance with sustainability principles (ESG). This achievement is underpinned by a robust and well-coordinated GRC infrastructure across the group.

Meanwhile, the Most Committed GRC Leader 2025 award presented to Mr. Wimala Widjaja, representing the Board of Directors of MDLA, underscores the critical role of leadership in ensuring consistent and sustainable implementation of GRC.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to making GRC the cornerstone of our business strategy. Through strong governance, measured risk management, and consistent compliance, PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries are able to sustain business resilience while creating value for shareholders, partners, and society. This commitment forms the foundation of our mission in delivering better healthcare for the community,” said Mr. Wimala.

The event was also attended by Managing Director Risk & Sustainability of Danantara, Mr. Lieng Seng Wee; Chairman of Indonesia’s National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), Prof. Dr. Mardiasmo, Akt, MBA; and Expert Staff for Regional Development and Spokesperson for the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs, Mr. Haryo Limanseto.

Chairman of the 2025 TOP GRC Awards Jury, Mr. Antonius Alijoyo, noted that the jury conducted objective assessments of GRC implementation across participating companies. “The jury evaluated not only the systems and comprehensiveness of GRC infrastructure, but also the quality of implementation and resulting business performance,” said Mr. Antonius.

These dual awards not only recognize the established GRC systems and practices of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries but also serve as motivation for the Board of Directors, management, and employees to continuously raise standards of governance and sustainability.

“Strong GRC practices provide the foundation for PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries to consistently implement ESG principles, ensuring governance, risk, compliance, and sustainability work in synergy to support long-term business growth,” said Mrs. Nancy.

Through this recognition, PT Medela Potentia Tbk reinforces its position as a public company that prioritizes not only sustainable business growth but also unwavering commitment to good governance while contributing to national economic development.
