PT Medela Potentia Tbk Socializes Code of Ethics to All Employees of Dynamic Argon

PT Medela Potentia Tbk held a socialization of the company’s Code of Ethics to the employees of its subsidiary, Dynamic Argon Co., Ltd., at the Head Office of Dynamic Argon Co., Ltd., Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on Thursday, September 7, 2025.


The Code of Ethics socialization was delivered by Mrs. Nancy Kartika, Human Resources Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, and was attended by Mr. Ivan Setiadi, General Director of Dynamic Argon Cambodia; the entire management team of Dynamic Argon; and all employees.


In her presentation, Mrs. Nancy Kartika emphasized the importance of the Code of Ethics as the foundation of corporate culture and a reflection of the values that guide every decision made by each individual.

Mrs. Nancy Kartika explained that the Code of Ethics of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries consists of three main pillars of commitment, namely Respect, Integrity, and Sustainability.


“The first pillar is the commitment to Respect, namely creating a work environment where everyone feels valued, safe, and heard. The second pillar is the commitment to Integrity, which is about making the right decisions and building trust. Finally, the third pillar is Sustainability. Although often identified with environmental efforts, for us Sustainability has a broader meaning,” said Mrs. Nancy Kartika.

She added that these three pillars are interconnected and require the role of every employee. The Code of Ethics of PT Medela Potentia Tbk is a collective agreement that must be applied in daily work in order to create a better work environment and build a stronger and more successful company.


This socialization is part of a series of Code of Ethics socializations conducted by PT Medela Potentia Tbk, which began on July 2, 2025, for all branches and sites.
