Strong Distribution Network Earns MDLA Recognition at Bisnis Indonesia Awards 2026

PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) has been honored with the Bisnis Indonesia Awards (BIA) 2026 in the Outstanding Contribution to Healthcare Distribution Network category. The award recognizes the Company's consistent commitment to building a reliable, nationwide, and sustainable healthcare distribution network that expands access to quality pharmaceutical products and medical devices across Indonesia.

The award was presented by Maria Y. Benyamin, Strategic Affairs Director of Bisnis Indonesia, together with Setyardi Widodo, Head of News Division, during the awards ceremony held at Raffles Hotel Jakarta on July 2, 2026.  Representing PT Medela Potentia Tbk, President Director Juliwaty accepted the award, accompanied by Harris Lesmana, the Company's Investor Relations Director. 

Organized annually by Bisnis Indonesia Group, the Bisnis Indonesia Awards recognize companies that demonstrate outstanding business performance and strong corporate fundamentals. Under this year's theme, "Where Growth Meets Strength," the awards highlight organizations that achieve sustainable growth through sound governance, long-term competitiveness, and resilient business foundations.

During his remarks, Chairman of the BIA 2026 Judging Panel and senior economist Raden Pardede emphasized that this year's evaluation placed strong emphasis on companies' financial strength and sustainable growth, while also considering governance, profitability, and contributions to society.

"For the 2026 Bisnis Indonesia Awards, financial strength and growth were our primary evaluation criteria. We also assessed governance, contribution to society, and profitability," he said.

Chairperson of Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK), Friderica Widyasari Dewi, also highlighted the importance of quality growth, stressing that sustainable business performance should be supported by strong fundamentals, sound governance, effective risk management, and a long-term orientation.

The recognition reflects PT Medela Potentia Tbk's ongoing commitment to strengthening Indonesia's healthcare distribution infrastructure. Through its nationwide network of 35 branches, the Company serves thousands of hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, community health centers, and other healthcare facilities. It also continues to enhance inventory management through AI-powered systems and real-time distribution tracking to ensure product quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The Company's operational excellence is reflected in its financial performance. In the first quarter of 2026, PT Medela Potentia Tbk recorded revenue of IDR 4.03 trillion, representing a 3.4% year-on-year increase, driven by continued growth in its pharmaceutical and medical device distribution business. Net profit also increased by 7.4% year-on-year, demonstrating the Company's ability to maintain operational efficiency while sustaining business expansion.

President Director Juliwaty expressed appreciation for the recognition and reaffirmed the Company's commitment to continuously strengthening its healthcare distribution capabilities.
