PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries place the advancement of women’s roles as an integral part of leadership development and organizational sustainability. This commitment is reflected in the increasing representation of women across various levels, including in strategic positions.
In 2025, female employees accounted for 30.6 percent of the workforce, an increase compared to the previous year. At the executive level, women hold 4 out of 11 positions, indicating broader opportunities for women to take on leadership roles within the organization.
This achievement is above the global average, where women’s representation in top management remains at 28.8%, based on the Global Gender Gap Report 2025 published by the World Economic Forum.

As part of this commitment, the Company consistently provides platforms for dialogue and appreciation through the Tea Time DistribuShe 2026 event. The event was held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Adrian Behring Titan Center, in conjunction with Kartini Day, and was attended by employees, management, and the Board of Directors of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries.
In her welcoming remarks, Director of PT Djembatan Dua, Mrs. Kansy Widiarty, stated that the meaning of Kartini today is reflected in women’s freedom to determine their life choices.
“Women today have various choices—to become financially independent professionals, to be homemakers, or most remarkably, to pursue both simultaneously. All are equally extraordinary choices,” she said.
She also emphasized that working in an environment that provides opportunities for women to grow is something to be valued.
In line with this, the HR & Sustainability Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Mrs. Nancy Kartika, reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
“We believe that diversity is a strength. The increase in female representation reflects expanding opportunities for women to contribute, from junior roles to executive leadership,” she explained.

DistribuShe Appreciation for Distribution Professionals 2026
In its third year of implementation, the Company once again presented the DistribuShe Appreciation awards to female employees for their contributions to the distribution of healthcare products. The awards were presented to the Finance Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica, Mrs. Novy Wulansari; Head of GoApotik, Mrs. Neneng Mutmainah; and Business Development Officer of PT Djembatan Dua, Mrs. Bernadetta Nurani Prima Dwiratri.
The event also featured a Sharing Session: Men to Women, which invited male employees to share perspectives on supporting partners who pursue professional careers. The session highlighted the dynamics of women’s dual roles and the importance of support from both partners and the workplace.
In addition, the Company showcased a range of healthcare products with special Kartini Day promotions, including skincare, makeup, and dental care products. Employees also had the opportunity to participate in a skin check session to better understand their skin characteristics and determine appropriate treatments. The event concluded with a photobooth session, capturing moments of employees dressed in kebaya, batik, and other traditional attire.
